Absolutely! When you share the Bead Retreat Opportunity with others, you begin to build your own team. As your team grows, you can receive up to 35% in commission on personal sales in addition to earning a percentage of your team's sales.

Are there any other incentives available?

What kind of training and support will I receive?
Bead Retreat will ensure that your business gets off to a confident start with training on paperwork and all necessary beading techniques. Two seasonal product updates will keep your business fresh. Stay up-to-date on Bead Retreat with a monthly national newsletter and electronic newsletters. Two annual national conferences featuring keynote speakers, workshops, and networking events will also keep your business on the leading edge. Monthly team meetings will give you the chance to personally interact with fellow Coordinators on a regular basis and exchange business ideas and tips.

What is a Bead Retreat like?
At a Retreat, share your personal Bead Retreat story, introduce the Bead Retreat kit that will be made and guide the Host and her guests through the creation of the project. There is no need to make any extended sales presentations or demonstrations as you get started creating right away.

What kind of benefits does a Host receive for having a Retreat?
Every Retreat Host is eligible for Retreat Rewards, regardless of the size of the Retreat! Retreat Rewards can include half-price items, a discount based on guest sales, and free shipping & handling, all of which are paid for by Bead Retreat. Also, Featured Event incentives give Hosts the opportunity to earn additional free Bead Retreat merchandise.

Do I need to carry an inventory?
No, items ordered at a Retreat are shipped directly to the Host and are packaged individually by guest for easy distribution. All that you need to order before a Retreat is held are the kits that will be made at the Retreat.

Do I have to file my own sales tax?
No, Bead Retreat collects and files all sales taxes on your behalf.

Will I be able to accept credit cards from my customers?
Definitely, and there are no additional fees to do so! Bead Retreat accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Are there any sales minimums?
Reasonable sales minimums and Retreats are required to remain an active Coordinator.
